ASTON Villa boss Tim Sherwood believes he has got a bargain in Rudy Gestede.
Gestede completed his switch to Villa, for a flat £6m fee, from Rovers last week.
The striker scored 34 goals in 65 appearances at Ewood Park following his £200,000 move from Cardiff City 18 months ago.

And Sherwood, who captained Rovers to the Premiership title 20 years ago, has no doubts Gestede can make the step up to the Premier League from the Championship.
He said: “The size of the guy and his aerial presence is immense, better than anything I’ve seen around in English football.
“His goal-scoring record is second to none. Everyone talks about Jordan Rhodes but Rudy outscored him last season.
“People are talking about £11m for Rhodes, so we think we’ve got a bargain there with Rudy.
“He terrorises defenders in the air. If he can do it to the defenders in the Championship then he should be able to do it in the Premier League.”
