SEAN Dyche's Burnley will play Rangers in a friendly at Ibrox Stadium as part of their pre-season preparations on July 21 (kick-off 7.45pm).
It will be the first time the two teams have met since September 1922, when they lost 2-0 in a benefit game for Alex Archibald.
It is the sixth pre-season friendly to be confirmed by the Clarets.
The full summer fixture list is as follows: Friday, July 10: Étoile Carouge FC at theStade de la Fontenette in Carouge (7pm) Pay on the gate: CHF 10 (approx £7).
Saturday, July 18: Accrington Stanley at the Store First Stadium (3pm) Ticket prices will be confirmed as soon as possible.
Tuesday, July 21: Rangers FC at Ibrox Stadium (7.45pm) Ticket prices to be confirmed.
Saturday, July 25: Chesterfield at the Proact Stadium (3pm) Ticket prices will be confirmed as soon as possible.
Tuesday, July 28: Fleetwood Town at the Highbury Stadium (7.45pm).
Pay on the gate: Adults £12.50, Over 65 and U18 £7.50, U16 £2.50, U5s free.
Saturday, August 1: Bradford City at Turf Moor in the Michael Duff Testimonial game (3pm).
Ticket details and prices have yet to be announced.
