BURNLEY will play a key role in a revolution of live coverage of Premier League football in the United States when NBC host action on-site for the first time, starting with Arsenal’s visit to Turf Moor on Saturday, April 11.

NBC will all work together live at a football ground in the Premier League for the first time that weekend.

The channel will present eight hours of live coverage of Saturday’s action from a studio at Turf Moor, including showing Burnley versus Arsenal.

Rebecca Lowe will host from the studio, with regular analysts Robbie Earle and Kyle Martino.

Pitch-side locations will also be used for the first time for coverage to the US, with Steve Bower at Turf Moor alongside Lee Dixon and Robbie Mustoe.

In the commentary box Arlo White will call the match with analysis from former Blackburn Rovers full back Graeme Le Saux.

The live coverage from Turf Moor will begin at 7am Eastern Time, five and a half hours before Burnley and Arsenal kick-off at 5.30pm.

Pierre Moossa, coordinating producer of NBC Sports Group’s Premier League coverage. said he was excited to kick off the action in East Lancashire.

He said of the coverage: “With our entire team on-site both in-stadium and pitch-side, we will be able to bring our audience closer to the action than ever before.”
