BRENDAN Rodgers swerved a question about Liverpool's interest in Danny Ings ahead of Wednesday’s clash with Burnley.
The Reds are reported to be eager to snap up Ings when his Clarets contract expires in the summer and Burnley travel to Liverpool for a Premier League clash in midweek.

Asked how highly he rated Ings, Rodgers responded by saying: "I rate Burnley as a team and their manager, Sean (Dyche) is very talented.
“They have gone away from home in big games and picked up good results.
"Burnley have given everything for their cause. "Sean will be up there among the candidates for manager of the year."
