SUNDERLAND boss Gus Poyet admitted he was disappointed that his side did not do enough to claim victory at Burnley this afternoon.
The Turf Moor fixture ended in a goalless draw to leave both sides still searching for their first win of the Premier League season.
Poyet was not entirely satisfied with his side's performance, in a game he was targeting all three points from.
"I think it took us a while to start playing the way I want," Poyet said.
"We did it for three or four minutes every now and then, but not consistent enough.
"We've played okay but okay is not enough in the Premier League, you need to play better than okay. I was expecting a little bit more.
"I think that being a bit better it was a great opportunity to take three points today and we missed it, with all respect to Burnley."
