ROBBIE Savage is determined to help Blackburn win some silverware before he quits the club and finishes his career at Wrexham.
The tough tackling midfielder recently signed a new contract, which ties him to the club until the summer of 2009.
But Savage believes he could even extend his stay beyond that, and he's set his heart on winning a trophy before one last swansong in his native Wales.
"The new contract will take me to 35 and it would be nice to think I could earn another deal at the end of that," he said.
"My big ambition is to win something with Blackburn during the course of my new contract.
"I don't think we are ever going to win the Premiership but we have a good chance in the cups. I hope we can do that.
"When my legs go, I'll sign for Wrexham."
Rovers head to Everton tomorrow where they hope to launch the start of an FA Cup run which could take them all the way to the new Wembley in May.
