The Burnley teenager who filmed himself driving his dad's Toyota at 140mph on the hard shoulder of the M65 beggars belief.
What he was thinking letting the clip be posted on YouTube is anyone's guess.
What did he think would happen? That everyone would be impressed?
The only good to come out of the ridiculously reckless behaviour is that the young man was arrested after viewers of the clip had the sense to report it to police.
Thankfully not all young drivers are so inconsiderate and moronic.
