TWO teenage thugs are being hunted by police after robbing a schoolboy of his bicycle.

One of the offenders, described as a 15-year-old Asian boy, threatened to break his victim's jaw when he refused to let him have a ride on his red Apollo mountain bike.

The 15-year-old victim was riding his bike along a pathway at the rear of Derby High School in Radcliffe Road, Bury, on Friday at 6pm when he was approached by the two thieves who then made off with the bicycle.

The Asian teenager is said to be 5ft 7ins tall, with a spotty complexion, a slight moustache and appeared to have something dark and metallic over his teeth but not braces. He was wearing a thick, black jacket with the hood up, and Nike printed across the front in bold white lettering, and black tracksuit bottoms.

His accomplice was white, of similar age and height, chubby with a wrinkly complexion and was wearing a long black cotton coat which stopped just above the knees and black tracksuit bottoms.

Police can be contacted on 856 8115 if anyone witnessed or has any information on the incident.
