I WAS so pleased to read that at long last, something is going to be done with Griffin Lodge, Blackburn.
I was housekeeper at Griffin Lodge with N.W.M.S for 23 years and took great pride in such a beautiful building.
Living locally, it has been so sad seeing it deteriorate.
I hope it can be restored to its former glory.
