I ASSUME Joe Beardsworth, when he abolishes the monarchy, will replace it with a presidency and with it the unpleasant stench of party politics.
Would anyone in their right mind exchange the Queen for a Schroeder, Chirac, Bush or Mugabe?
Enough said.
