WHAT next? Plans to award council directors a 10 per cent performance-related bonus.
Councillor Kate Hollern is right, and she is not someone I always agree with.
Why should the council taxpayers be paying out 10 per cent extra to highly paid officials for doing the job they are already paid for?
Having dealt over the last few years with several of these officials, especially in planning, I'd be dropping some of their wages.
