THIS is just a quick note to the rude, obnoxious individual who caused a scene in the eye clinic at the Blackburn Hospital on April 19.
My wife was waiting in the clinic and the patients were informed of a delay because of an emergency coming in.
The individual concerned (I am sure he will recognise himself if he reads this) embarked upon a tirade aimed at the staff in the clinic because he had to wait.
People like this should hope they don't need emergency help themselves one day.
