WALKING up Charter Street, Accrington I noticed the words Bin Laden spray painted on one of the walls.
I was angered by this and asked a local resident how long it had been there.
I was told that it had been there for a long time.
I was wondering why the Hyndburn Council has not attempted to remove it as it is in full view and can't be missed.
No doubt if it had been a swastika or some other form of racist symbol it would have been removed within days.
