I wish to make it clear that I am not, as the article suggests, opposed to holding events in Alkincoats Park.
Rather, I am concerned about ensuring that any such events are controlled properly so as not to cause nuisance and disturbance to local residents.
With adequate controls applied to any Premier Licence' issued by Pendle Council, events should be able to be held in Alkincoats Park whilst protecting the amenity of local residents.
