So where exactly was the mega casino going to end up?
Out of the blue, a depressed area of Manchester of course, a place with virtually no tourism.
They might as well have dumped it in Hartlepool as it couldn't really have been any worse.
What do you give desperate people in a skint area to really clean them out? A couple of bookies shops maybe. No, better still, a football pitch sized gambling arena in the form of a super casino!
A little thought would point to Blackpool as the ideal location. A history of gaming machines, day visitors and holidaymakers enjoying themselves.
