RE the letter "Muslim scholars let the side down.'I would like to ask the person who wrote in to be brave enough to leave his/her name and address when writing about this issue.
Secondly, why should any scholars meet Jack Straw at his convenience?
Jack should not have raised this issue in the first place as he has no right to comment on other people's religion.
The anger was not only caused by scholars, but every Muslim worldwide was hurt. So I suggest to the person who wrote in if he/she wants to discuss this matter, the scholars are available and so am I for this matter.
