I AM writing to thank the Royal Blackburn Hospital's A&E department for the excellent care and attention shown to my sister Susan, who was admitted by ambulance recently.
She was promptly seen by A&E's most senior doctor that day (who was very pleasant) and various tests were quickly carried out.
Consultants were also swiftly sent for to determined the problem. Nurses and the ambulance crew were very good too.
My sister is now back home and on the mend, so thank you all very much.
