A MAN who used a mobile phone to record a young girl in changing rooms is being sought by police.
Police believe that the offender was captured on CCTV at Holgates Caravan Park in Silverdale.
Officers want to speak to the man in connection with the voyerism offence, which took place on June 2.
PC Mick Dodd who is investigating, said: ““We are trying to trace witnesses and would like to speak to this man as he was seen in the area around the time that this incident happened."
The man is believed to have travelled to and from the site in a silver vauxhall vectra with an ‘09’ registration plate.
