Plans for the £2M restoration of a historic St Annes park are to be explained at a public meeting.
The Supporters of Ashton Gardens, (SOAG) and Bertram Hyde Landscape Architects are holding the meeting to outline the restoration scheme for the gardens, which is about to start.
Bertram Hyde Landscape Architects, appointed by Fylde Council to oversee the project will set out their plans on April 4 and explain what is going to happen with the money, which is mainly coming from the Heritage Lottery Fund.
Partner Albert Bertram said: "We are really looking forward to this exciting opportunity to restore these important historic gardens."
The public forum follows the SOAG members annual meeting. Ssupporters' chairman Fred Moor, said: "We wanted to provide an opportunity for all the people who live around the gardens, and for those who use and enjoy them, to be able to find out when the work is starting, how it will affect their use of the gardens, and how long it will last."
The Heritage Lottery Fund has provided £1.4 million to restore the gardens. They are Grade II Listed on the English Heritage register of parks and gardens, because of their historic importance to St Annes and to the nation.

The public meeting is being held at 8pm on Friday, April 4 at St Margaret's Community Centre on St Leonard's Road West.
Money to buy the gardens for the people of St Annes was donated by Lord Ashton, a wealthy Lancaster businessman.
In today's money, he gave the equivalent of £5 million to secure them, and the Supporters of Ashton Gardens are currently working on their own lottery scheme to restore the monument in the Rose Garden that records his gift.
There is a £1 charge at the door, (which includes a free raffle ticket) to help toward SOAG's costs.
