DETECTIVES have arrested a man wanted in relation to an alleged murder at a house party in Darwen early last Saturday.
Police confirmed that Craig Cosgrove, 33, of Newton Street, Darwen, had been detained on suspicion of murder at an undisclosed address in Greater Manchester, at around 6pm.
Cosgrove is being detained at Greenbank Police Station, Blackburn, for questioning. Mr Taylor died from a knife wound to his abdomen.
Police said they have also charged taxi driver Lee David Martin, 36, of Westwell Street, Darwen, with assisting an offender in relation to the same investigation.
Martin will appear before Blackburn magistrates tomorrow to answer the charge.
* Rodney Elliott Kay, 27, of Rose Street, Darwen, has previously been charged with Mr Taylor's murder and will appear before Preston Crown Court in November.
