A MOTORIST had to be cut free after his car crashed through a garden wall.
The man was driving a Peugeot 106 when the crash happened at 11.55pm on Monday night in Lowerhouse Lane, Burnley.
Fire crews said the vehicle crashed into a stationary car before smashing into the wall of a terraced house.
A man, believed to be aged in his 20s, was released from the wreckage and taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital by paramedics.
A male passenger in the car was already out of the vehicle by the time emergancy services arrived.
Police said an investigation was under way into the crash.
