HARRY Potter, Snow White and the three pigs were all at a school in Bolton.
Children at Bishop Bridgeman CE Primary School were invited to dress up as their favourite literary characters to mark the end of the school’s book week.
A travelling book fair visited the school giving pupils and parents the chance to buy the latest books and in turn help the school raise money for even more books.
Children took part in a read-a-thon to raise money for children’s charities.
And pupils even returned to school after hours in their pyjamas for hot chocolate and a bedtime story.
The school also held a book swap, allowing children to exchange their favourite books with each other.
School administrator, Liz Tipping, said: “It was a fantastic week — everyone loved it. It’s great that we have so many keen readers.”
The school has just opened an electronic junior library, allowing children to use their thumb print to take out and return books.
