THE world of football, comedy politics, business and the emergency services came together to celebrate the work of the Prince's Trust in Lancashire.
The charity's 11th annual celebrity sports dinner was held last night at the home of Blackburn Rovers, Ewood Park.
Comedian Frank Carson provided the laughs with an after dinner speech.
Among the 340-strong audience were Blackburn Rovers player Martin Olson, Everton manager David Moyes, Preston legend Sir Tom Finney, the mayor of Blackburn with Darwen Maureen McGarvey, chief constable Steve Finnigan, chief fire officer Peter Holland, and many representatives from the world of business.
