KEVIN Feeney, 45, could be facing jail after admitting attempted burglary and theft, at Burnley Crown Court.
The defendant was bailed until November 19 for a pre- sentence report, on condition he lives in Reed Street, Burnley, obeys a 7pm to 7am curfew, and does not contact the victim.
He was warned by Judge Andrew Woolman: “You must understand I am not making any promises about what the court will do. Custody is still a very distinct option in view of your very bad record.”
