A ‘DRUNKEN’ teenager who caused trouble on a Haslingden street had recently lost both his parents, a court heard.
Stephen Craig Boulton-Wood, 18, had been upset when he left his house and ‘lost it’. He damaged a house’s front door and a car windscreen and racially abused members of the public when a crowd gathered.
Boulton-Wood, of John Street, Haslingden, admitted two counts of damage and one of racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, on September 21.
Burnley magistrates gave him The a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered him to pay £300 compensation.
