Darwen man attacked nurses in A&E
8:55am Wednesday 19th September 2012 in News
A 21-YEAR-OLD man who attacked two nurses while in a hyperglycomic state was told he was ‘very lucky’ not to be going to prison.
Blackburn magistrates heard Trudi Lowe was removing a cannula from Sean Bradley’s arm when he suddenly lunged at her and grabbed her by the throat.
Another nurse, alerted by her colleague’s screams, came to help and she was also attacked during the incident at Royal Blackburn Hospital .
Bradley, of Templeton Close, Darwen, admitted assaulting Trudi Lowe and Donna Peers-Holland. He was made subject to community supervision for 12 months and ordered to pay £100 compensation to each of his victims and £50 costs.
The chairman of the magistrates said: “This was a serious incident and you are very lucky not to be facing a custodial sentence.”
John Beggs, prosecuting, said Bradley had gone to hospital with his mother who had been unable to resolve his hyperglycaemia at home after he drank several shots and smoked £10 worth of cannabis.
Andrew Church-Taylor, defending, said that when Bradley had gone into a hyperglycomic state in the past, he had become aggressive but never to the extent that he did on the night of the incident.

Lucky not to be facing a custodial sentence. The chairman of the bench is a complete imbecile. This scumbag should have got 2 years at least. People like him are the abusers of the resources of the NHS. It sounds from his lifestyle he is a waste of space. Perhaps we should have a policy of voluntary euthanasia for wastrels like this.

The policy would only include GUILTY criminals! All GUILTY criminals would face the death penalty.
If your ok with criminals living then I'd take it you'd be against recycling of the parts?

Now if you want a daft justice system then feel free to go and live elsewhere. You would kill people who look after their property or those guilty for saying feck off or spitting on floor, lettering. life then has no value you tool.

Go on then, here is some troll food. Are you stupid enough to think every found guilty criminal is guilty? seriously dumb, naive etc if so.
