Man suffers minor injuries in Nelson road collision

A MAN suffered minor leg injuries after being knocked down by a car in Pendle Street, Nelson, just before 2pm.

The incident happened near to the Morrisons supermarket.

It is believed the man got trapped under the wheel of the Vauxhall Vectra by his trousers, but he suffered only minor injuries and was able to get up and walk around immediately after the crash.

Police were called to the scene and they called an ambulance to check the man's injuries.

until the no win no fee brigade get their hands on him.its marvelous how they suddenly get whiplash etc
