Owners count cost of dog fouling in Blackburn and Darwen (From This Is Lancashire)

We the local residents of Blackburn are used to putting up with crap.

No excuse though.

Should be fined £750.00, specially when I tread in the stuff.
Dont these irresponsible owners realize that children play in these parks. Wish it was policed more, I am sure it could make a full time job for someone.
Please note I am not having a pop at owners who clean up the mess. And I do like dogs even though I have no pets.

Good, should have taken the s**t machines off the owners, and well done to dog owners who do pick up.

A carrier bag or poop bag cost very little, these people know they're doing wrong as when you pass them in the car as their dog is fouling the look on their faces says it all.
Would they pay £75 for a load of crap i think not.

Sadists who own these sh1t producers should pay a higher rate of council tax than those who don't..Or the old dog licence should be brought up to date like between £500 to a £1000 to own a domesticated animal dogs cats horses. All animals that can walk around in public places should be micro-chipped licensed and insured to protect other members of the public against harm and injury. If some scrote lets its dog sh1t on your garden and you trip over it in only a pair of small sandals bang your head on the garden wall causing it to subside and you can prove that it was this scrotes dog that sh1t on your fcuking flowers in the garden then you know if he was insured you can sue the scrote for damages however most of these sadist freaks who own dogs cats horses generally don't have much else in their lives especially the ones who let their cr@ppers loose all over the place. Licence Insure Micro-chip Protect. (LIMP)..or you will do if you don't clean it up.

Blackburn is a shithole with dog mess and litter.It's the folks all over the towns in UK where the underclass lives with no regards about the place where they live or work.Dropping litter on streets,throwing fags and litter out of their cars,allowing dogs to foul public places etc etc.I have been abroad on holiday and i am ashamed to see the mess back in our town with litter on streets and dog mess everywhere.The Government and the council must pass tough laws on litter and dog mess with big fines and make the offenders do some community works like clearing litter and dog mess off our streets.

I used to work in a park in Chorley. There were lots of "dog bins" in prominent places to dispose of this waste. It isn't nice picking up dog mess, but much worse if you have to carry about for ages. A dog bin reminds owners and makes it easier.

I saw this guy who looked well ard with his posturing, he said his dog was called Tyson. He said he likes to be called the ultimate chav and refuses to pick it up. He says your not ard until you've got an NI barcode tattoo, what does he mean, do I take his photo and report him or as my phone has barcode scanning facility do you think he'd kick my head in if I scanned him instead?

Yeah thats why I'm spreading the word, its so last year not to be able to scan yourself at the bargain booze checkout.

The THINGS THAT SHOULD BE CHIPPED are kids, they messup parks with bottels and condoms. not forgetting. all the damage, i know your thinking iam nuts. But its these kids, NOW! grown up?. Get a dog and let them crap anywere. What are parents doing. probably sat at home on the net complaining about dogs and bad owners?. i think all kids sould be tracked and licenced and third party insured too!. Nice ideas, I've always said if you can't provide for a childs upbringing financially, then you should have one of them under skin contraceptive injections until you can.That would stop the benefit breeders.

I think the idea 3,O levels and 1A level is not going to happen. Getting a tattoo and a trip to bargain booze is all that will actually happen. those under the skin contraceptive things are a marvellous idea, they last about 3 years and you can even see they are under the skin, a safe to use by date should be Tattooed next to it.
I just read about a bloke that was well hard had a NI number tattooed on his head and his girlfriend on his neck sadly she dumped him, but his NI number still gets him straight through bargain booze winner!

There needs to be a properly policed licence system brought back for owning a dog. That way all dogs could be micro chipped and a database of dog DNA developed. It would them be possible to trace the owners of animals who leave dog sh*t all over pavements and play areas, as dog DNA can be extracted from their faecal matter. The fact that people would have to put their hand in their pocket would also cut down the number of brain dead irresponsable owners.

Truly disgusting. Leaving dog mess where children play shows absolutely no regard for the health and safety of others. Who would let their own kids play in a garden full of dogsh1t? No? Well don't force others to do what you wouldn't! You know who you are!

I was at witton yesterday. i got looked at funny for picking my dogs mess up.. but i do it always. it takes two minuites. personaly i think the broken glass and the rubbish and needles can do a lot more damage than dog mess. not all dog owners are irresponsible and shouldnt be punished with a dog licence.why not get people on social clean up the parks? as the council has cut backs gets people to work for free to clean up.
