MOTORISTS travelling on the M65 near Blackburn faced long delays this morning due to a faulty set of traffic lights.
Only two cars were able to pass the lights at Junction 6 at Whitebirk at a time before they switched from green to red.
The problems caused long tailbacks and heavy traffic for commuters travelling westbound.
