A NOT-FOR-PROFIT adult education centre will be officially launched with an art exhibition and cheese and wine party tomorrow and next week.
The Social and Life Skills Agency (SALSA) is based in the former Relate centre at 32 Bradford Street, Bolton, and aims to provide a mix of personal and professional training courses.
Elisabeth Long, director of the social enterprise company, said: "We are already working with a number of charitable and statutory organisations and hope to attract more users to the centre in the next few months."
The new exhibition features the work of members of Progressive Threads, a local network of artists and craftspeople.
Items will be available for sale on the evening and any profits raised will be used to help the group refurbish the centre.
Art work, gifts and cards will be on sale at the exhibition, which will take place tomorrow and Friday, September 15, at 7pm.
