County Coun Hazel Harding
THE LEADER of Lancashire County Council has officially been handed her CBE by Her Majesty the Queen.
County Coun Hazel Harding was awarded the medal in the New Year's Honours List, but had to wait until Wednesday to collect it.
Coun Harding has served on the authority since 1985, and is married with four daughters.
