Cover up job for naked neighbour

A WOMAN who is fed up with glimpsing her naked neighbour has been given planning permission to build a balcony with a screen.
Miss Wilkinson, owner of the house in Tempest Road, Bolton, told the council's planning committee meeting that her bedroom window faces her neighbour's bathroom, which does not have frosted glass.
She added: "On a few occasions I have seen my next door neighbour with no clothes on."
There was concern that the balcony could harm the Green Belt, but this was dismissed by councillors.
Cllr David Wilkinson said: "I do not see a problem with this, but I am surprised that the neighbour does not have frosted glass."
