A TEENAGER who was left with head injuries after a car crash remains in a critical condition in hospital.
Thomas Maylor, 17, of Whitecroft View, Baxenden, is still in the critical care unit of the Royal Preston Hospital after the accident almost three weeks ago.
The St Mary's College, Blackburn, student is on a life support machine but is beginning to show some small signs of responding to treatment.
Thomas, a former Rhyddings, Oswaldtwistle, pupil was travelling in the car with three other youngsters at the time of the accident on Haslingden Old Road on June 4.
