Graham Parr has been re-appointed as chairman of Calderstones NHS Trust.
The 62-year-old has been chairman of the Whalley Trust, which cares for people with mental health and learning disabilities, for four years.
He will be in post until September 2010 and will be paid £17,164 a year.
Mr Parr lives in Barrowford, and is married with three children and nine grandchildren.
