THE information centre in Accrington Town Hall will move to the library at the end of September.
Lancashire County Council's cabinet looks set to approve a grant of £10,000 help refurbish the library to house the service.
This is the second of two pilot schemes to create what the council is calling "information gateways", the first opened in Rawtenstall Library in April.
