A "desperate" Burnley drug addict clocked up her fifth conviction for prostitution after police arrested her in the early hours.
Burnley Magistrates heard how Michelle Hodgson, 24, was seen "looking for business" in Briercliffe Road, Duke Bar, in the town, at 1am.
Hodgson of Ada Street, Burnley, admitted loitering for the purposes of prostitution and failing to surrender. She was fined £75, with £25 costs.
The court was told Hodgson had 12 previous convictions, the last four for loitering for prostitution.
Trevor Grice, defending, said Hodgson's "desperate" offending was fuelled by her addiction to heroin.
