It's often not until a greatest hits is released that you realise just what a wealth of quality a band has produced.
The Beta Band were seen as an example of the way the UK music scene was meant to develop post Britpop, with a more experimental sound.
All of their musical gems feature on this compilation and, although they never top Dry The Rain, the album still charts a beautiful career.
