STAFF at Blackburn car dealership Cowie are part of the most successful team in the country. Last year every employee was responsible for sales averaging £213,000 and net profits of £10,000.
Cowie also sold an average of more than 2,500 new and used cars from each dealership - more than any other major motor group, according to the survey by Automotive Management.
