THE mother of murder victim Helen McCourt will make an emotional plea to the man convicted of killing Helen when she appears on a popular daytime TV programme today (Thursday, January 25).
Next month sees the eighth anniversary of 22-year-old Helen's disappearance and Mrs Marie McCourt from Billinge will use her appearance on Granada's 'Vanessa' show to appeal to Ian Simms to reveal where her daughter's body lies. Marie, who still searches for her missing daughter's remains every weekend, is determined to give Helen a proper Christian burial.
