THE big red book came out for Margaret Lain when she retired from law firm Ramsbottom & Co. Senior partner at the Blackburn firm, Malcolm Clay, took on the role of Michael Aspel for the surprise at Magaret's farewell party. Mum-of-four Margaret, of Sherwood Road, Blackburn joined the firm in 1979 as a cashier and became practice manager.
