COMEDIAN Benny Hill died of a heart attack while watching television.
The 67-year-old saucy comic was found dead after police broke down the door of his luxury home overlooking the Thames.
They were alerted by neighbours who had not seen him for days.
A report showed nearly 40,000 houses in East Lancashire were not fit to live in - more than twice as many as the rest of the county.
