I response to your article about overcrowded pavements (LET, April 17), I am registered blind and find it very difficult to walk about without bumping into or falling over something.
I feel that whoever is the next prime minister should make it an offence for which traders should face heavy fines or imprisonment for cluttering up our town centres with their wares and advertising boards.
Please make our town centre pavements safer for all of us.
