FOUR men were seriously injured when a tiled canopy crashed down on the top of them in Blackburn shopping precinct.
They were sitting enjoying the sunshine on a step at the bottom of nightclub Peppermint Place in Lord Square when a ton and a half of tiling collapsed on them.
Rescuers had to free two of the men who were trapped under rubble.
