LOTTERY giants, Camelot, are currently investigating a claim by Parr pensioner, Arthur Prescott, that he has won a £4 million lottery jackpot.
Father-of-three Arthur, 69, claims that he has sent details of his winning ticket to lottery headquarters.
Camelot are presently looking into his claim.
