A ST HELENS company has been presented with a top business award at a glittering awards ceremony in Manchester.
Universal Arches Limited, based at the Bold Business Centre, scooped a prestigious Duke of Westminster Award in the New Business Category, sponsored by BNFL.
The company, which offers a specialist service bending PVCu profile sections to form window and door arch frames, impressed the judges with the way it had moved on from its lowly beginnings in 1994 with three staff, to its current figure of 15.
