WHO are the brainless wonders in Blackburn Town Hall who sanctioned those lethal and obnoxious looking gates on Northgate? (LET, September 20).
What a load of junk, along with all the other bits of scrap metal dotted in and around Blackburn in the name of art. It's a disgusting waste of money, whatever its source.
