THE Bank of England's man in the North West is guest speaker at an event later this ?week
Tony Strachan will be addressing the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce Autumn members meeting at the Foxfields Hotel, Billington on October 30.
The Bank's regional agent will talk about the importance of the small business sector to the North West's economy and sources of funding for it.
