WITH the football season nearly upon us, can anyone tell me why, on Sundays, the congregations of St Andrew's Church, Livesey, and St Bartholomew's, Ewood, are allowed to park their cars outside.
These cause an obstruction, but fans of Blackburn Rovers are met with no-parking cones in the same places?
It's very confusing.
