AFTER reading the Bury Times (July 24), I was left wondering whether Neil Warnock had been watching the same pre-season games as myself.
Football is all about opinions, but I don't know how he could keep his face straight when he said that he saw plenty to please him against Wigan, and that that was the best he had seen us play.
As a fan looking forward to the new season, it worried the life out of me! We were like a Sunday league side on a bad day and, after talking to other fans, I know I am not alone in that opinion.
