MY old pal Paddy has come up with an interesting little query.
"A lot of folk from St Helens seem to survive to a great age," he says, "which has had me wondering who are the oldest married couple in the district (by combined ages); and who have been married the longest."
Certainly seems an intriguing subject to pick up on. So, have we any candidates for these longevity honours?
